By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these website Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

    3. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on P2SA Connector Club’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

    9. Any claim relating to P2SA Connector Club’s website shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa without regard to its conflict of law provisions. General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a website.

  9. Payment Options & Terms
    1. P2SA Connector Club accepts the following payment methods:
      • Card Payment
      • No COD or Cheque payment options
    2. It is your responsibility to ensure the products being purchased are appropriate for the purpose of intended use. If there is any doubt towards the suitability of a product, please contact us on our support email address/phone number for assistance prior to placing your order.
    3. No order will be binding with P2SA Connector Club until it has been accepted by management
    4. Payment for product/s ordered is due prior to shipment.
    5. Where applicable, prices are quoted on the ruling day exchange rate and are subject to regular increases as a result of adverse changes in the exchange rate. Until such time as we have received payment in full, we reserve the right to charge any fluctuations to the client’s account and the client undertakes to pay for such fluctuations on demand. It is the responsibility of the client to check that there have been no changes in the price prior to attending to payment.
  10. Shipping Charges
    1. Your total cost for purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges as reflected on the P2SA Connector Club Shop website or invoice.
  11. Delivery
    1. Any delivery note or waybill (copy or original) signed by you or person accepting delivery on your behalf and held by P2SA Connector Club shall be sufficient proof that delivery was made to you. Goods delivered must be checked in order to confirm that the goods delivered are in accordance with the order placed and are free from visible damage/defect. Any discrepancies and/or visible defects must be noted on the delivery note/waybill.
    2. P2SA Connector Club reserves the right to split the delivery of goods ordered in the quantities and on the dates it decides with your prior consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
    3. Delivery of goods may arrive separately as they could be dispatched at different quantities/dates or weight, directly to your door for convenience.
    4. Should you choose to engage a third party to transport the goods, you indemnify P2SA Connector Club against any claims of any category that may arise from such an occurrence.
    5. P2SA Connector Club mandates that it will aim to meet delivery times, but shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatsoever category which you may suffer as a result of any delayed delivery, unless the aforesaid has regard to circumstances within its reasonable control.
  12. Pricing
    1. Price, specifications and terms are subject to change, you are therefore requested to peruse the prices, specification and terms prior to placing any order. The purchase price will be the current price as appearing on P2SA Connector Club’s purchasing website https://www.p2sa.connectorclub.co.za
    2. If prior to delivery of the goods, there is any increase in the cost of the product, or if any other taxes or duties are levied or any laws are propagated which directly or indirectly increases the cost thereof to the company, the company shall be entitled to increase the price of the goods by an amount equal to such increased cost, by giving you reasonable notice thereof.
  13. Change of Orders
    14. All orders and variations to orders are subject to these terms and conditions. Only variations/quantities to orders will be accepted by P2SA Connector Club. Notwithstanding the above, P2SA Connector Club Energy may, at its sole discretion, elect to accept and act upon telephonic orders and any variations to orders. P2SA Connector Club however, reserves the right to refuse delivery or collection of any order until placed in possession of a written order form.
  14. Cancellation of Orders
    1. Requests for cancellation of an order, prior to delivery, must be submitted in writing to cancellation@connectorclub.co.za
    2. No refunds will, however, be provisioned on deposits in the event of cancellation for specially ordered or manufactured products.
    3. Any order is subject to cancellation by P2SA Connector Club should the goods ordered become unavailable due to any cause beyond P2SA Connector Club’s reasonable control.
  15. Processing Times policy
    16. You can expect an order to be processed within approximately two(2) to three(3) business days, provided the items are in stock and the payment has been verified, therefore, P2SA Connector Club cannot guarantee same day shipping. Customers should also note that no orders will be processed on weekends and official public holidays.
  16. Guarantees and Warranties
    1. To the extent allowed by law, and notwithstanding any other provision of this agreement:
      • Any goods supplied by the company shall be subject to the manufacturing company’s warranty;
      • Products will conform to supplier warranties in place.
    2. The warranty shall immediately be rendered null and void in the event of any of the following:
      • Failure to use the products in accordance with instructions and specifications provided by the company;
      • Should the product has been subjected to physical damage, abuse, misuse, alteration, neglect, tampering, improper maintenance, or has been serviced, repaired, installed by persons not possessing the necessary qualifications required to do so;
      • The product is not returned with an invoice/verifiable method confirming/containing proof of purchase.
  17. Returns
    1. You may return goods in the following instances:
      • Within 7 (seven) days of the transaction or purchase receipt on arrival if the transaction falls within the scope of Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transmissions Act. The aforementioned return policy excludes items contemplated in Section 42(2) of the aforementioned Act; or
      • Within the implied warranty period if the product is defective; or
      • Within 15 (fifteen) business days, if P2SA Connector Club has made an error in delivery.
    2. Notwithstanding the above, P2SA Connector Club shall not be required to accept the return of any goods, unless defective within the warranty period, if at your direction the goods have been:
      • partially or entirely disassembled;
      • physically altered;
      • permanently installed, affixed or attached;
      • Joined or added to or blended or combined or embedded within other goods or property.
  18. Returns Procedure
    1. P2SA Connector Club will not accept the return of any product without approval and a confirmation return receipt issued by P2SA Connector Club
    2. Customers agree to take full responsibility for the cost of shipping/ delivery and insurance fee on matters of exchange to P2SA Connector Club. P2SA Connector Club will not refund shipping charges, unless an error in delivery was made by P2SA Connector Club
    3. Customers agree that all returned products for replacement or refund will be fully complete, in a resealable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, and other accessories provided by the company.
    4. There shall be a 5% return charge (as per supplier/company charge) for returns due to the order being the fault of the consumer.
    5. If any part/object of the returned product is missing, P2SA Connector Club will refuse to accept the return or may impose additional charges against you for the replacement of the missing part/object.
    6. P2SA Connector Club may charge a reasonable fee should it be necessary to restore the goods in order to render it suitably fit for restocking.
    7. No repairs will be handled by P2SA Connector Club. All manufacturing defaults will be handled directly through the manufacturers of the product.
    8. P2SA Connector Club shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature which you may suffer as a result of any unforeseen matter or events.
    9. All costs for shipping to the manufacturer will be at the client’s expense should the manufacturers not offer a call out or free shipping policy to cover the expense.
  19. Limitation of Liability
    1. To the extent allowed by law, you agree that P2SA Connector Club shall not be liable or held responsible to you or any other person or entity whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage:
      • caused by or arising from any fact or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of P2SA Connector Club;
      • which is consequential or incidental loss or damage; and/or
      • Of whatever nature and however arising from or in connection with the supply of goods.
  20. Service Address and Notices
    21. For all purposes under this agreement including giving of any notice , the payment of any amount, the service of any process and for all other purposes arising from set agreement the customer hereby accepts the service address on initial set quotation as the address for goods or services of set quotation to be delivered or carried out. I.e no changes to set address on initial quotation can be made on acceptance.
  21. Title and Risk of Loss
    1. P2SA Connector Club upon purchase of products can provide shipment at an additional charge at which the person purchasing takes responsibility for any damages or loss after set goods have been collected for delivery
    2. P2SA Connector Club reserves a purchase money security interest in the goods until such time as all goods have been paid for in full. You agree to allow P2SA Connector Club to sign appropriate documents on your behalf to permit P2SA Connector Club to protect its purchase money security interest.
